Need a passport? You've come to the right place! The City of Heath is a passport acceptance facility for the U.S. Department of State. We process passport applications Monday through Friday from 8:30 am through 4:30 pm. Our courteous staff provides a relaxed environment during the application process and is able to answer any questions you may have.
